Domain setup in progress. This may take a few minutes.", There is no possibility to change DNS, respectively. On whose side is this problem and how long can the subject drag on? Is it somehow related to the verification of documents or the fact that domains in the .ru zone are registered by RU-CENTER?

You need to go to Account Settings", then select "Domain Default Settings", and add a default profile for registering domains there. If you have already registered a domain, add a registration profile with the same data that you entered when registering a domain. Save this profile by default. And you will see - everything will work out.
