How long can a server SSD last on a terminal server?

Good afternoon.
Tell me, please, how long can one server SSD last on a terminal server (20 users), provided that only Windows Server 2019 is installed on it?
The database is located on another server - only 1C thin clients will be installed.
All work with files will take place on other disks installed in this server.
I'm interested in Samsung PM1633 480GB Server
TBW: 855TB
Flash memory type: TLC 3D V-NAND
MTBF: 2M. hours
Maybe someone had such a disc? What can you say about the service life?
And what can you say about the service life of disks similar in characteristics to the above?

Approximately the same as on the desktop - it will fail due to a controller breakdown, or it will become morally obsolete.
If you are talking about cell wear, this is almost impossible.
Under the database, it will also run long enough to worry about the resource.

If you disable the paging file or move it, then either marriage or an electrician can kill such a RAID. I usually took Intel's 37th series, where the record is measured in petabytes. Compare your recording capabilities, and understand whether 855 terabytes is enough for you and for how long.
