How long can a server SSD last on a terminal server?

Tell me, please, how long can one server SSD last on a terminal server (20 users), provided that only Windows Server 2019 is installed on it?
The database is located on another server - only 1C thin clients will be installed.
All work with files will take place on other disks installed in this server.
I'm interested in Samsung PM1633 480GB Server
TBW: 855TB
Flash memory type: TLC 3D V-NAND
MTBF: 2M. hours
Maybe someone had such a disc? What can you say about the service life?
And what can you say about the service life of disks similar in characteristics to the above?
