How to be? How to contact them?

I had experience 1 time, in the order itself I pressed Open Dispute, the seller persuaded me to another product, after a couple of phrases the Escalate Conflict button appeared (it seems that the conflict has not been resolved), it automatically transfers the order data and correspondence to the Aliexpress service, after that the seller wrote that he was returning money. after the return, if memory serves, the dispute closed itself.
