Payment for goods in stores that do not belittle Russian cards?

Good day, comrades, I ran into the problem of buying goods in the United States with a Russian card, or rather, I want to buy lg nexus 4 on google play, there none of my cards is supported specifically for its purchase. Apparently you have to look for ways to get a US card. Found an option: payoneer. Who can advise? How to pay in stores with non-degrading Russian cards?

Google Play calmly accepts Russian cards, but not all. It is better to use virtual visa/mc or physical ones with a chip, simple electron/maestro can wrap.
The second problem is that you most likely have Russia in your profile, so it’s better to switch to the USA (but remember that after that all prices for applications on google play will be in dollars, purely Russian programs a la ivi will no longer be available to you and The most important thing is that you won't be able to switch back to Russia).
And I would advise you to pre-buy a couple of programs / games on Google Play - to warm up, so to speak, your profile.
The payoneer card will still give you your Russian billing address (in fact, the shipping address too), this card is needed to a greater extent in order to withdraw money from the states.

You can definitely get Payoner in Russia, they send it, my brother ordered it. So basically the answer is already there :)

I calmly bought a nexus 4 through a virtual qiwi visa. The first time they turned around, they asked to confirm their identity. A week later everything was fine.

There was an experience with one store of musical equipment, I bought a gadget for an iPhone.
I won't go into all the details, but after a long and agonizing correspondence, everything came down to this:
1. All Russians are swindlers.
2. Send us a scan of your passport
3. Send us a scan from Visa, both sides (you can without a secret code, be sure to fill in the entire credit card number, except for the last 4 digits).

Two more options:
1. You can try using forwarding services, let them buy and send to you.
2. Buy a prepaid Visa from an American bank, though it is expensive.

BUT! Yes, you can pay an intermediary, in particular Aishopium , for the redemption of your goods.
This is how I bought Magnum boots at a promotion for $50 (plus a baseball cap as a gift) instead of $130 (the official price in Russia is 7500 rubles).
By the way, when they did not accept my card, I wrote them a request about orders from Russia, but I did not wait for an answer and ordered through Ishopium, but then they answered and offered to manually process the order.

You can also buy on google apps with a card from our banks.
You need to register on the forwarding service and get a mailing address in the states.
After you bring the necessary card into google wallets, only instead of the real address, enter the one that issued the forwarding service.
Then you can try to make a purchase, preferably through a proxy. It will not be possible to make a purchase. The card will not pass the checks. A letter will be sent to the mailbox where it will be proposed to send a scan of the passport and card statement. It is not difficult to take an extract from a bank (SberBank can provide it directly through the web interface), and send it to them. in a day or less, a letter should come stating that the card can be used. Well, then we order the goods and indicate the place of delivery in the states. All.
Ordered this a year ago.
