Can you please tell me the best solution for the CIS market in terms of development speed and popularity among developers for a simple classified (rubricator, such as avito, etc.), but with the ability to pay for premium features (for users who place goods) using YooMoney or CloudPayments? It is not necessary that these gateways be included, but that they can really be added without expensive development (that's why I'm looking for a popular solution).
