How is the dynamic symbol of the new Adobe Illustrator CC 2015.2 different from the static symbol of Adobe Illustrator CC 2015.1?
At the moment I don't see any difference between them.

In short, dynamic symbols can still have different states.
Previously, you had to break a symbol instance to change ONLY it, while not affecting the master itself or, as I also call it, the "prototype" and other instances. And now instances of symbols (dynamic) can be edited each separately, while not tearing it away from the prototype. If you make changes to the prototype itself, then all instances will change. Everything is described
