How is the calling mechanism implemented at the Budist service and what is needed for this?

Good afternoon.

There is a similar problem, which was perfectly solved by the popular Buddhist service.

How it works for them:
People enter phone numbers, when it comes time to wake up, two calls go to one sleepyhead and the other to the one who wakes up. And somehow they connect.

I would like to understand how it is possible to come to their solution and what needs to be done for this.

Connecting both outgoing calls to the same conference is quite trivial in Asterisk.
