Where is the best place to store small code snippets?

Hello. Tell me, where do you store your own and other people's developments that may be useful in other projects? I'm not talking about specific normal modules, libraries, full-fledged scripts, etc. This is, of course, github.
But why shouldn't I post a piece of cross-browser css with a customized photo filter?
Locally writing somewhere is also not serious.
Tell me where you store such small pieces of code?
