Hello. The essence of the problem is as follows. There is a site popads.net. I need to register on it from under the USA. But, when I try to log in through purchased American proxies, the site determines that I am not using a real ip, that is, it determines Proxy / VPN, I already bought a dedicated dedicated server, but it does not allow me to register. Please advise how to solve the problem?

Walk from the dedicator :) Put a graphical shell there, FF - and voila :)
