How to set up 3proxy on the server?

There is a server. You need to raise 3proxy or any other similar proxy server
on it. There are two ip addresses on the server:
222.222.222.222
and 192.168.10.10 (this is the address that the server receives by tunneling). This address is white and goes to the Internet with the address 111.111.111.111
I raised 3proxy and I managed to configure everything with the address internal222.222.222.222 external
222.222.222.222 how is the proxy? (like make another tunnel (or proxy) out of the tunnel)

192.168.0.42 This address is white and goes online with the address 111.111.111.111

If your address 192.168.0.42 comes out as 111.111.111.111, then it is not white, but gray. If you cannot configure port forwarding on 111.111.111.111 on 192.168.0.42, then you will not be able to connect in the usual way.
0.8 has the reverse connect functionality, it allows you to run a proxy on 192.168.0.42, which will always knock on the specified address: port, and on this address you can raise a proxy that will be a client for 192.168.0.42.
