How is such an asymmetrical background made?

I am interested in how such a background is made as on paper (assembled from triangles of different sizes and at different angles):

Are there special plugins that allow you to make such a background, or is it done manually? What is the correct name for this technique? Tell me links to lessons where you can learn how to create background images of this type.

In general, search for these words, there are a lot of plugins and tutorials, now it's in trend.
And there is a way to remake photos. Or take some colored background and triangulate it) The programs are called Triangulators

I didn’t check this one specifically, but there are also a lot of them on the network.

The task of constructing such drawings is solved on the basis of Delaunay triangulation .
Here is another good free triangulation program - DMesh (Win/Mac/iOS).
