Are multi-point application forms acceptable on the site?

The customer asked to make a form of 11 points. The form should expand as the client completes it. According to the customer, there is nothing superfluous in the form. It can be understood. The subject is buying real estate. The purpose of the form is to get information for real estate valuation, so that later you don’t ask the client for a long time, but stupidly name the price.

  1. Are such huge forms acceptable on the site?
  2. Is there a solution that will allow you to submit everything easily, so that the client does not leave the site?
  3. Where can I read / see examples / find ready-made solutions?

There is a sample page-by-page filling.

If you cannot change the form, then try changing the business process.
For example, the client leaves only his contact details, and the manager calls him back and clarifies all 11 questions from the list. Obviously, saying what you want with your voice is faster than filling out a mega-form.

Of course I would like details.
To understand whether this is a lot or a little, you need to proceed from the time that the user spends and then dance from it:
- display some items with ready-made options in the drop-down list or radio buttons
- auto-complete items (for example, if you have a real estate topic, then at the beginning entering the address, you can offer options - for example)
- Group them (already suggested above)
