How is money calculated on an hourly basis?
Good afternoon everyone, I took an order on freelancer.com on an hourly basis, the first three days I worked pasty, but the last two days I didn’t have tasks because we are waiting for the designers to prepare the design, now I don’t know how to ask for money in 3 days or in five, who has experience in the field and how wrong? (sorry for mistakes)

With hourly pay, you get paid for the time you work. If you have not worked for 2 days, then no one is obliged to pay you.
There are rare exceptions if you didn’t work due to the fault of the customer and lost time, but such things are discussed in advance and few of the customers agree to pay for the freelancer’s lost time.
I would take for all 5 days, because. I stupidly lost time sticking into the screen and waiting for the design.
But he can still come to you, so in 3 days)
Thanks to everyone, I just also thought that I should ask for a nodo for three, but the thought that I don’t take new orders and wait for new tasks and lose time in this way, it all had to be somehow compensated. But I’ll forgive for three.
