How in mediant 1000 to access the OS installed on its hard drive?

I came to the company, they have two ms lync servers deployed, one in the virtual machine the second one is on mediant 1000 (like in some module like hdmx), but it does not have any interface to connect a monitor or keyboard ...
the server is in a deplorable state .. it must be pulled out of there. before starting work on converting windows server 2008r2 to vhd and pulling it into a virtual machine, I would like to understand how to physically connect to this server for emergency situations ... I can’t find a manual on Net how to put it there at all ...

Here's something I'm not sure about windows + ms lync server.
This is a VoIP gateway for connecting outdated telephones and PBXs to IP networks
