Askozia. Incoming calls not getting through
Good day to all!
There is a number 8-800, a server with Askozia and an ip-phone.
The incoming connection has fallen off. When you call, there are short beeps. Here is what is in the askozia logs
Dec 5 21:14:53 asterisk[1910]: NOTICE[1934]: chan_sip.c:23698 in handle_request_invite: Call from '' (144.76.xxx.xxx:5065) to extension 'xxxx' rejected because extension not found in context 'public-direct-dial'.

Askozia tells you that the internal number (the IP number of the phone to which the call comes) does not exist. The call goes according to the following scheme: Caller's phone -> IP-PBX of the calling party -> your Askozia -> in Askozia, in the dialplan settings, the incoming call should be redirected either to the internal phone number (ex. 101, 102...) or to a group of internal numbers (also having an internal number - note: 100 - a group that includes all numbers from the 100th block) ... and here you have a problem because this number does not exist. You can fix it here: Askozia -> Accounts -> Providers -> SIP -> Your_provider -> edit provider -> Incoming number -> Select from the drop-down list the internal phone number to which the incoming call should come.
