How to set up PBX Samsung OfficeServ 7070?

Good afternoon. There is a PBX Samsung OfficeServ 7070, reset to the factory state. Several ordinary telephones and one incoming city line are connected to it. In the future, it is planned to add another city line and divert calls from it to specific phones. There is also a system telephone.
I'm trying to configure via DeviceManager. There is no experience in setting up a PBX, there is no possibility to call a specialist to set it up.
At the moment, when you call from outside the landline number, the phone starts ringing, to which the call should go, but when you pick up the handset, the connection does not occur. If you hang up the phone in the office, the call will ring again.
Calls from the office also do not go outside, just short beeps.
Accordingly, the question is whether there are detailed instructions (preferably in Russian, but not necessarily) for setting up communication on this PBX. There are manuals with a description of the functions in English, but the lack of experience in setting up the PBX affects - you can’t figure it out, besides, there are no schemes like "to set up incoming calls, you need ...".

I'll reveal a little secret to you about how everything is arranged in the field of telecom (not from the asterisk side and the friswitch is a separate issue):
1) Iron PBX is expensive. Expensive piece of iron, boards for it, licenses, separately expensive training and manuals
2) It's just that it's easy to find manuals in the public domain for free, especially courses, which is almost impossible in Russian.
3) Manuals are very likely huge Talmuts, moreover, for one piece of iron there will be a lot of them and each manual for a specific aspect. Those. a single one in which there is everything or all exhaustive infa simply does not happen.
4) If you are lucky enough to find the right manual from the right piece of iron, then with a high probability it will not work at all or will only work partially. each man is written for a specific revision of the automatic telephone exchange and a specific version of the software.
5) Manuals, as a rule, are given after completing courses from officials, and even more often this is only a specific manual for a specific aspect that was studied in the courses.
6) Courses and training are divided into 2 types. From off. partners and manufacturer or from Vasyanov. Officially expensive, they will answer all questions, give manuals, give technical support by number for some time and give a certificate that a person can / can / has the right to pick and program such and such a PBX for such and such reasons and at the same time without violating the warranty cases of the piece of iron. It’s easier with Vasyans, there are a lot of them, they try to copy the behavior of the officials, but for ridiculous money and naturally with great effort after such courses, it will even be possible to produce a simple initial configuration, but absolutely without understanding what is actually being done and why. Vasyans, by the way, can even be individual entrepreneurs \ LLC \ PJSC, but they have absolutely nothing to do with the officials and they imitate the maximum.
7) There are also Vasyans who sell pieces of manuals and sometimes even translated ones, but they are useless for the reasons of paragraph 4.
8) The vast majority of those who deal with ATSs are self-taught, quite often they have a good idea or even a certificate for a specific single model, and the rest of the variety is studied on occasion by the method "I know general concepts, here are similar words, but here I will try by poking." Cases are usually spontaneous from word of mouth and kalyms when a piece of iron and possibly manuals for it fall into the hands, the piece of iron is poked and studied, then it is configured and surrendered to the client.
9) After realizing that it is difficult to earn money, the most experienced ones mold their IP / LLC / PJSC and take a wide range of work not only in ATS, in parallel they begin to sell self-made courses in ATS, selling manuals and instructions.
10) A person who could and got into the topic with ATSkami understanding the above points understands that he will not explain anything to anyone for free, will not give and will not help, because this was achieved by himself with sweat and money. In addition, kalymy / work with automatic telephone exchanges is a very rare occupation. pieces of iron are very reliable and are often made on a turnkey basis for 10-15 years, which means that in small towns the case is extremely rare. Most often there is a live exchange "I have mana for such a piece of iron and you have for such a piece of iron, let's change" from which knowledge is replenished.
11) As a result of p10, the price tag of at least an average specialist who, even if he has not encountered it, will be able to fulfill the TK is quite high. Roughly speaking, a "student" who has heard something and hits his heel in the chest, which he can and has done this a trillion times, in practice, at best, will be able to make a basic setting so that it at least rang somehow.
12) Specific forums/chats exist but there are a lot of problems about what is below.
Forums\chats:
1) Iron manufacturers often look into such corners and "decide" with the admins the issue of deleting any messages about their product and trade secrets.
2) The people are not stupid and also do not share and do not help the Humpty Baltai who are looking for ready-made solutions. At best, a discussion of problems / bugs. Solving non-trivial and undocumented or especially complex features. Most often, answers, like topics with such content, are full of brevity and complex definitions / concepts.
3) There are very few people and the people are very harsh.
If you have read up to this line, then you have an understanding of why there is no information and there is so little of it, and also why it always flies into a good penny.
