Tell me the providers that provide numbers under an agreement with a legal entity with postpaid.
Now I use two providers: Onnet for St. Petersburg numbers, Mango for Moscow (forwarding to Germany).
Everything is good: quality, prices, ease of operation ... but post-payment is needed. And in any case, they only have to pay in advance.
I googled, talked to other services, everywhere they want to replenish the balance.
For numbers 8-800, for example, I work with MTT. There postpaid and in my case it is much more convenient.

In my opinion, everyone has reminders of the need to pay by mail and SMS.
In addition, MTT has higher post-payment rates, from 5%.
