Is it possible to prevent the deletion of a conversation record in Elastix?

Good afternoon,
I ran into a problem, users who have access to view conversation records can delete these records.
Is there any program or can it be possible to somehow set the rights on Elastix so that you can only listen to conversations without access to deletion.

1. Create a separate group with view-only permissions
2. Assign users there
3. Correct one line in Elastica's php code (Google will help)
