How, from the point of view of the search engine, is it more competent to form the url of the page?

Hey!
The question is. How, from the point of view of the search engine, it is more competent to form the url of the page.
1 option. With categories.
/ Hygiene / Dental and oral care / Toothpastes
http://site.ru/gigiena/uhod-za-zubami-i-polostyu-r...
Option 2. Without categories.

If your site structure provides for normal landing pages for each category, incl. and for "Care for the teeth and oral cavity" - then IMHO it's worth including it in the URL , because it reflects the hierarchy of the sections of the site, which is loved by search engines and some users.
Another thing, if I were you, I would try to "call" the category in the URL more concisely, if possible. For example: sitename/gigiena/zubnye-pasty - after all, if the category address contains a couple of such sections as "uhod-za-zubami-i-polostyu-rta", then the URL will be too long and incomprehensible.

From an SEO standpoint, without categories, the lower the nesting level, the better.
