How else can you check the locking status of a windows session if direct event viewing is not available?

Is it possible to somehow find out about the occurrence of event 4634 (logoff) on a remote domain PC from the windows security logs, if you connect via compmgmt.msc to this remote PC, as well as correct its registry, local security policies prohibit it? I can't create a scheduler on a CD with sending letters to the mail either. I can install and use something free and small on my machine (also win10). I can check the level of my rights in the domain only empirically. There is access to ms sccm (1902) with its reports, but my knowledge of this product is minimal.
