Postfix: how to use it as a relay for Office 365?

Hello. In the organization at the moment, mail goes like this: it comes from the Internet to the relay (Postfix, it is also indicated in the MX record of the domain), then it gets to the mailer itself. Now we are moving to Office 365. It requires that our_domain.mail.protection.outlook.com be registered in the DNS in the MX record. How to set up that mail comes as before to the Postfix relay, and then gets to the Office 365 server?

Just as usual, do not touch MX, configure SSL for postfix, create connectors for relays in Exchange Online.
