How easy is it to track calls from a website?

Is there a service or some solution to simply transfer data on the achievement of the goal to Ya.Metrika, so that without newfangled substitutions of numbers, end-to-end analytics, etc.?
PS I would like a more budgetary way and not overpay for unnecessary features :)
