Internet in the office - and how to set it up?

Hello everyone, I'm interested in the issue of organizing the Internet and telephony in the office.
3 branches
What you need:
Local grid - 100 GB. (In 2 branches, each has its own, or a common one, better than a common one)
Telephony - 3 branches in different cities, about 10-15 jobs in total.
1s and CRM.
It is advised to organize:
Two servers - one for 1s, the other for telephony.
Put asterix on the server for telephony, and deploy Mikrotik for routing on the same server.
And wrap the office with wires (albeit a small one)
Tell me your suggestions
Maybe there are some other interesting suggestions.
I'm not very good at it, so I'm asking for advice.

@Zoominger

Local grid - 100 GB.

Well, if you use such terminology, then you would be better off inviting an outside specialist.
A network with branches - through VPN. Poke out the ATS with one interface outside - let the branch phones knock directly, then the connection will not fall off if the VPN falls off.
Uh-huh, and when the server falls, the entire network will fall. Never do that, buy a separate Microt.
What about file? What about AD?
You can not confuse the office with wires, but purchase a WiFi router and WiFi whistles for each computer.

Indicate the city, salary offer and working conditions, in short, everything that should be indicated when posting a vacancy. Oh yes! This is not the resource. "My circle" is more suitable for you
