Hello. There is a task to connect 3CX and Asterisk. And it's successfully hosted with Bridge Master in 3CX.
Data from Asterisk is received and sent normally (CallerIDnum and CallerIDname). The problem is that Asterisk receives data with a virtual 3CX number (that is, people from the asterisk will not be able to understand where to call / call back.
In the bridge settings in 3CX, only one substitution function for CallerIDname is available.
Well, 1 is 1, we assign it CallerIdnum and get the number of the caller in the name.And
exten => s,1,Set(CALLERID(num)=${CALLERID(name)})
how can the resulting header with the name-number be sent to the number?
