Asterisk agi, call to ring group, why doesn't it work?

Friends, I'm trying to call a group from IVR to agi, as a result I get
BEY
and
X-Asterisk-HangupCause: Subscriber absent
X-Asterisk-HangupCauseCode: 20
If it's normal ext, the weight is ok
What am I doing wrong?
