How does indexing by keywords and "Similar" work in Google play?

Hi guys. I recently released a toy in the play store ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.... )
I made a description by keywords. It's been about 2 weeks. The game is still not searched for by keywords (I think more installs are needed). In the Similar section, I have games of a completely different genre, etc.

Who has already encountered this, can you tell me what the Similar section depends on and after how long or installs the application appears in the keyword search

Most likely, here the keywords are on a par with other powerful factors. For example, the number of downloads, etc.
