Why was the app removed from google play?

google play removed apps from store. "because it violates the rules of the family section of the app." Target audience up to 5, 6-8, 9-12, 13-15, not registered in the program for the whole family. Ads only Unity ads, (only revarded video was shown) does not collect any data about the user. Re-passed the age limit, also canceled referring to the same violation, tell me what can be done in this situation. An ancient SDK was used, for about 2 years it did not update the appendix.

Is there a privacy policy? If so, please update to reflect the new rules. If not, add. Most likely the problem is in it.
