Google play / Google wallet. Why do I only receive payment cancellation notifications in the mail?

I have an application on Google Play, I posted it a long time ago and at the very beginning there were some purchases, 20-30 pieces. These purchases were accompanied by confirmations to my mail. The email also included the client's email address. In the last year, I mostly receive notices about the cancellation of the order. I began to suspect something was wrong, but I was in no hurry to understand.
Now I have received 3 rejection notices. I thought that maybe someone really wants to get my application, but something does not work out for him. Decided to figure it out. First I got into the developer console, everything is as before. Then I went to Google Wallet. And there I saw that it turns out there are successful purchases about which I did not receive any notifications.
After looking at all the canceled purchases, it turned out that they were canceled by Google due to problems with payment authorization.
This is more or less clear. But then why didn’t I receive notifications about successful purchases that were made literally yesterday and the day before yesterday?
And so as not to get up twice, a couple more questions:
The statistics say that the income for the entire time is $55, and if you go to Payouts - Transactions, there is a Current balance of $16.22, what is this amount?
How much money must be in the account for Google to make a payout?
It is clear that with such amounts it is easier to forget about all this, but these refusal notices are just some kind of itch, and I don’t know where to scratch.

I did not find how to disable these notifications and created a rule so that they would immediately go to the trash. And then I have dozens of such letters a day.

I don’t know how it used to be, but in 2 years of selling apps, I only received cancellation notifications.
There was nothing about successful sales.
The statistics show the amount excluding sales taxes, and in transactions including them.
(Plus there you can filter the output by month, quarter and year).
You must have at least $100 in your account for automatic payment to occur.
