Google Console Account Lockout "Ads in App"?

I received a notification from Google AdMob on 7/11/2020 We are informing

you that your application does not comply with the AdMob Program policies . Fix the issue to ensure that ads continue to run. See below for more information on what actions to take. Show 12 apps in the Rules Center

and each has the same reason for blocking because of this, my account was blocked on the "google console"

all applications have built-in ads from AdMob nothing else some applications have not been updated for half a year some came out 2 weeks ago for all the reasons for blocking " Ads in the application

filed an appeal but as it is known from they are never answered in

I don't have any other advertising platforms besides AdMob
as far as I understand Google Play is against its rules in AdMob
