How to disable Input for 2-3 seconds after the ad starts showing?

Hey!
Is there any way to disable input for 2-3 seconds when showing InterstitialAd to prevent accidental clicks on the ad? If it is possible, how exactly to do it?
I am not strong in native android programming.
