How do I verify my identity on Google Play Concole?

Good afternoon forum! I recently encountered an identity verification problem in Google Play Concole. I have already sent a photo of the document twice and twice they sent me two identical errors: "Your name could not be verified. It must exactly match the name specified in the document" and "The information in the document does not match the information specified in your profile." Although all the information in the profile completely matches those in my document. What could be the reason for these errors? Thanks in advance for your reply.
