How does Firefox work for you on macOS?

Hello everyone)
I have long wanted to switch to Firefox, but it somehow does not work adequately. I have MPTT2 and even on it it somehow works strangely. Either it lags when opening new tabs, then it loads the site for 4 seconds, when Chrome opens for 1 (I exaggerate, but I notice differences in work and these are not network problems).
How is your situation?

It's slow on my hackintosh with i5 4670 and 16 GB of RAM. It also works poorly on the original iMac. Chrome works much better.

I have a strong MacBook, Pro 2017. I don't see any difference in speed across browsers. I mostly live in Firefox. Works great, without any cleaning. What do you have after cleaning ?
