How does a Swift developer find their first remote job for a US company?

I wanted to know some details regarding getting the first remote job for a developer in the Swift language - for a company from the USA. And I'm interested in the following questions:

1. Is it necessary to have a secondary vocational / higher specialized education related to IT, or just have some or other secondary vocational or higher education?

2. How many years of experience should a Swift developer want to work remotely for a company based in the US or any other country? And is it possible immediately after receiving one or two years of experience to start looking for remote work for an American company?

3. What level of English proficiency will be sufficient to find a remote job for a company located abroad, in particular - in the USA? Is the level - B1 enough, or do you still need to "swing" to B2 at least?

4. Are there any other additional requirements for a developer who wants to work remotely for a foreign company that few people know about?

5. Just wondering. Is it possible to get a remote job as a novice developer who knows certain technologies and any programming language - for foreign companies, if there is no work experience, as such, except for training practice? Is this even possible?

  1. Today it is not necessary at all. A tower, if somewhere sometimes needed, is either for relocation or in companies that will not let you in as a non-Native American
  2. Enough to pass the interview. In IT, they measure knowledge, not length of service, and no one will change this
  3. The higher the better. B1+, B2 is for you not to be weeded out at the start. Remote work is a huge number of communications
  4. You either need to have an individual entrepreneur or have an account in an American bank - they also need to transfer your salary somewhere
  5. Chances are about 0

Globally, you just go to the USA now and look for a job, that's all. That's what almost everyone I know from the US did.
