How do you, with your own hands, connect a provider?

Hello, dear gurus, tell me what to do, I have a wonderful provider in my city, but in my house he connected the Internet only in 1 entrance, and the second one does not want (I actually live there), is it possible to conduct / connect from the 1st entrance Internet, of course paying the provider, if you know a way, please write here or throw a link where to look, thanks

Good afternoon!
There may be several pitfalls here:
1) HOA / DEZ will not give the provider the keys to your entrance, so they will not be able to stretch the cable to you.
2) The basement may not be through, so it will not be easy to stretch the cable from your entrance to the next one.
3) HOA / DEZ most likely will not give you the keys so that you can stretch your cable into the next entrance.
In general, you need about 100 meters of twisted pair, stretch through the riser where the rest of the Internet wires go (most likely a riser for a small current), reach the provider's box and agree with the installers to bring your cable into the box.
Again, perhaps the call center operators will not accept an application for connection from a resident of another entrance.
The easiest option is to catch installers and offer them to connect your apartment for a small premium, if you don’t have the desire to run around floors and basements / attics (and there are lice, rats, birds and, excuse me, g @ obviously) and pull your wire

I think that the provider’s equipment is in a closed cabinet / shield / attic and you won’t get access there, and even if you have physical access to the switch, the provider will not be happy that you yourself decided to sit on the subscriber port. Your relatively honest way is to arrange with someone from the first entrance to give you access to your router, from which you would stretch the cable to your apartment, observing UTP standards in length. Well, beer / cookies / candy wrappers to the owner of the router for the joy provided.
In a good way, of course, I would recommend waiting for the provider to install a switch in your entrance or agitate people from the entrance to apply for a mass connection. This will greatly speed up the process.

Technically, there are plenty of ways to connect to a neighbor - either throw a vitukha, or via Wi-Fi. But the provider most likely won't let you do that. The main reason is the inability to adequately monitor performance and repair / change equipment and cables in the territory where installers may simply not be allowed in (they say, everything works for us, go through the forest). Self-activity in this matter is also not welcome: as a standard, under the terms of the contract, the subscriber is prohibited from providing access to the service to third parties.

As a backup option - throw yourself a radio takeaway. Ubiquiti PowerStation M5 - and the problem is solved.
