How do you monitor orders on the exchange?

How do you monitor orders on exchanges to always be aware of the newest orders ?
I'm just learning this business - I look through manually, on sites.
And as a rule, my comrades already have time to "run in" ahead of me)) Of course, the role here is not "who is first", but who will seem acceptable to the customer in terms of price / quality and whom he will choose based on this point of view (am I right? ).
But the question remains open

Freelance order aggregator - which is the best?

At one time I wrote a parser that picked up orders for me by keywords and sent them to the mail. After that, I had templates prepared on greasemonkey so that I could prepare and send an application based on the task almost in one click. Thus, I was almost always the first with a good description in the application - this gave an advantage.
Now, all this has been "sniffed out", and some people directly do auto-posting from the parser, especially where there are Indians.
If I were interested in this now, I would use my own version, the only thing instead of email would be to use a Telegram bot

I know how to develop what is called "bots", so I write aggregators myself, and the approach to the task is standard: if there is RSS, then I work with RSS, if not, we methodically "pick" the site: element code, page code, JS debugging and network requests, as a result, we end up either with simple GET requests that download HTML, then parsing, or with working with JSON if the site has AJAX and REST API, if the second option is possible, then our application will be faster, although more complicated, cookies may be required and etc., but this is also done if you know how to debug.
You can also write a browser extension instead of an application, userscript, iMacros, Selenium, etc., simply track the appearance of elements setInterval, this also has the right to life, but this option is the most "heavy" in terms of system load.
Well, the simplest thing is, of course, to buy or order a ready-made bot.
Depends on the order, and on who this first one will be, if it's me and you are the second, then you have little chance. :)
