Is it worth it to leave the university to enroll in another educational institution?

Education: graduated from a technical school, specializing in computer systems technician. Now I am studying at the university in the 1st semester of the 1st year of part-time education, majoring in "Information Security". It seems to me that I have chosen the wrong direction - "Information Security" seems to me not interesting. I would like to develop more in programming: web \ game development / robotics ..
I think about Innopolis University, or something by correspondence in Moscow time. What tell me?

Get at least some education in the IT field, and then work where it is interesting. And now, in parallel with your studies, study what you want.
Anyway, when you get a serious job, you will have to retrain and what you studied at the university will be just ridiculous

You already asked. How to choose a university in Moscow for an IT specialty with part-time / part-time education?
In Moscow - MEPhI, MIET, MPEI. Petersburg - ITMO. In Tomsk TPU, TUSUR (completely distance education).
This is something from decent universities.
But if you can, then study in the daytime. At the evening and correspondence is not necessary.

Change the university, it's not tricky in the first year.
