How do you like the idea of a review sharing service?

Hello.
1) There is a certain group of products where users do not really like to leave reviews.
2) There are a large number of online stores that have "0" in their reviews - i.e. there are no reviews.
3) There is a service that, through a system of rewards and other manipulations, collects real reviews for this group of goods
4) It offers to upload these reviews to stores through a widget
. Will this be potentially interesting for owners of online stores?
There are doubts, since reviews are usually used to rank products and improve SEO, but in fact there will be a common base for a bunch of different stores, without any interaction with the store's CMS.

For me, as a user of the final product, this service would be very valuable, especially if the reviews are real. Before you buy a product, you always want to read the opinions of people who already use it. Previously, there were great reviews on the Yandex market, but now I see there with sadness entirely custom-made reviews, which are worthless trust ...
For online stores, it may be useful, or maybe not, depending on how well and honestly the store works.

The idea is cool, but in my opinion it has already been implemented, on the same hotline, for example.
