What device and paper to choose for printing promotional booklets and flyers?

Previously, I used the services of a printing house, and this is not very convenient - we do not need any huge batches of the same leaflet, however, we have many different options for booklets and leaflets, which we often supplement and modify. I would like to be able to print a dozen or other leaflets I need at any time without leaving the office.
Share your experience. Which printer should you choose? What paper? What kind of ink?

I would recommend finding the nearest copy center with good equipment. But if you want to solve the problem in a more expensive way, buy an A3 digital printer (conic or copier) and a roller cutter for trimming.
