How do you know what's new in Photoshop in 10 years?

I have a slightly odd question. I still use the old version of Photoshop CS5. As you know, this is the 2010 version. Finally, hardware allows you to upgrade to the latest version. I watched videos on YouTube with a list of new features of the latest versions of Photoshop (SS 2019, SS 2020, SS2021). Many new features impressed and seemed useful. But I don't know WHAT progress PS has made since 2010. What new features appeared in earlier versions. Of course, you can google similar videos on YouTube for all previous versions, but there are quite a lot of them. So I thought, maybe there is some material that tells about all the new Photoshop chips that have appeared over the years? Or is it still easier to learn Photoshop from scratch (using online materials or books), focusing on the latest version?
