How to fix missing captions in photoshop?

The inscriptions in PhotoShop disappeared before everything was fine now everything is gone. Tried reinstalling Wine and stuff.
More specifically, the names of the layers and their sizes are no longer displayed.

Googled it, there is a keyboard shortcut that resets the settings PS
It helped me once, but in general Wine and PS are not a very good option :/
