How do you explain quick job changes to HR?

Hello.
Lately, I've been changing jobs a lot. Already three times I got into bad places where I could not stay for a long time. In one case, the boss was simply inadequate, did not like me, although I did not give any reasons - I did not pass the probationary period. In the second place, my position was needed by the mistress of the technical director - I barely lasted 3.5 months, but I was left by the joint efforts of the "thieves' clan". At the last, third place of work, I was given unrealistic plans, and then they found a person for a salary half as much - and again I did not pass the probationary period.
Friends, all this time I worked as best I could - my head hurt at night, I did not sleep from overload. I did everything, automated the tests, didn’t say a bad word to anyone - and got such an attitude.
Now, when I'm looking for a job, HRs ask me why I change jobs so often. And they don't take me.
Please help me, I'm already over 40 and I have a family that needs to be fed. Tell me - how can I be? How to behave and what to say to personnel officers (what are the reasons for a quick job change) to get me hired?
I really look forward to your advice.

Three jobs for three months is a year, not ten.
We can say that I freelanced, we can say that I did not work for family reasons.
Adequate look at the person and his skills, and not where he worked. And from inadequate it is worth and must be kept aloof.

Usually, two types of people are quickly merged:
1) Those who cannot cope with their competence for relatively good money.
2) Those who see enemies, lovers, difficulties and so on around.
Those who came to do something, turned on the fool on the corrals of the authorities and went home - do not particularly touch.
Apparently, you have point-2 and some kind of internal hysteria. Therefore, try to do your job at a new place of work and spend your time on it, and not look for bosses' mistresses - this will help you gain a foothold at work, and not merge at the end of the probationary period.
Nevertheless, 3 jobs in 9 months is already a bell that you are either defective or you don’t know how to choose a job. And it is necessary to work with this, and not with what they say at the interview.

The technical director with his "mistress" had such a publicized relationship with everyone that it was immediately clear who hu was?
If this is actually the case (and it happens) - a small loss. All the same, in such an office, the measure of merit will not be the ability to program.
If not, and these are just your speculations, rumors, stories of colleagues that Vasya told Petya yesterday that Kolya saw how the technical director was banging Olya - pay less attention to this, look more at the monitor :) Even if this is true - you- before that what? You have a task - focus on it. Strictly. There is no need to "lead for the director", as many people do (but I would ... but I would ...). You will be in the place of the director by the grace of the Lord - and you will lead. In the meantime - here's the task, here's the monitor.
Don't overwork. There is some kind of inner despair in the tone. Eyes red from lack of sleep and a buzzing head are bad helpers.
About "I'm over 40 and I feed my family" - it's better not to mention anywhere and never. Khyram is exactly parallel to your family, and they already know your age - from CV. Such a phrase only shows that you understand that you do not have any special merits and are trying to pity the cuckold. And it is useless, even if it succeeds.
You have to carry on with dignity. Of course, do not open the doors with kicks, but do not fall into "give the poor blind cat Basilio" either.
If I pass an interview and don't fit - I usually say "let those employers who didn't get me die of envy" :D

Always tell the truth. If the reasons are really (just don’t lie to yourself) adequate, then the employer (adequate) will have a normal attitude. In other cases, you can say that you did your job and there was no need for your vacancy.

It happened to me too, it was just unlucky with the place of work.
Do so. Just do not point out problem areas in the resume that may cause ambiguous understanding among HR. All the same, they will not climb into your work book. If they climb into the labor force already during registration, when everyone likes you and you will be hired. And few people in their right mind will refuse you at this stage.
Say that for the last six months or a year you didn’t want to work, you decided to rest so as not to burn out, now you have rested and are ready to work again. HR will appreciate it.
Write in the resume only what looks good for HR, everything else can work against you.
No one is forcing you at gunpoint to write the whole truth.

Get out of your depression and go get the job of your dreams.
Stop worrying and worrying about a combination of circumstances, spending time, nerves, and health on this. It wasn't you who didn't suit them as an employee, but they didn't suit you as employers.
Higher head, broader shoulders, smile from ear to ear and go!

I suggest trying different options during interviews and analyzing. most likely you have a bad "HR" history and you will be dumped by the first echelon of HR managers.
I suggest lying during interviews (at least not saying that you were leaked at THREE previous jobs in SUCH a short time), embellishing, inventing a logical story-legend (for example, a pet project or a startup, or traveling for six months), talking more about your skills, nothing Don't talk bad about employers, be positive and smile.
Make it your PURPOSE to find a GOOD employer. and do everything to achieve this goal. if there are again doubts about the employer or boss, it’s better to keep looking, why do you need another shock from 4 unsuccessful attempts.

Just say it didn't work out. No need to bend before someone, you need to have dignity.

Russian IT is the bottom. During my 10+ years in IT, I have worked in only two companies with civilized working conditions. The rest is slavery, bosses are idiots (there are a lot of idiots in IT), processing, non-compliance with the Labor Code, and other delights.
Come and say why you left - directly and openly.
And further. We must learn to choose the right job - YOU DO NOT KNOW IT . Read my article, it says a lot about how to do it: Choosing the right place to work or how to work pro...- your problem is that you endured in life, like all IT people, you agree to work in some kind of charades and at the same time you are still processing. And there are VERY few really adequate employers - no one will appreciate your work. They all put on you, for them for all you are cannon fodder, consumables, soldiers.

For some reason I have the opposite situation.
And not super duper special.
You just need to speak more beautifully.
This is a kind of advertisement.
But do not overdo it
Spiritually, I support you.
You have already succeeded!
We believe in you.
We are glad that programming, albeit slowly but surely, is developing in Russia.
You are among us!

Focus on those places where you have worked for a long time, because there are such?

Do not be afraid. I have already changed 10 places. Either the boss is "good", but pays little, or there are always undercover intrigues and they hatch you out. The worst thing is that the interview is conducted by the HR manager, who is no-boom-boom in his specialty, but applies all the practices of Americans (up to the horoscope). The head of the department is ready to take you on, but if the manager opposes, then nothing will help. The most important thing is not to talk about bad bosses, but about the work done.

when they hit you in the face several times, it’s not the passport, but the face (c)
You will understand yourself and don’t ask for advice that it’s better for you to lie to personnel officers.

To be honest, all these reasons look somehow suspicious. It is more like that you are trying to explain your failures in previous places to yourself, but the problem is most likely in something else - in yourself, in your approach to work, in something else like that.

Yes, you can't explain. For 10 years, I had 6 applications on my own, of which I quit 4 times, once an "urgent" TD (there were no deadlines for fat, it was possible for the employer to fool his head for a long time and ask for money for two months, but they paid well and I wrote immediately that they asked, and for 7 days of the month they paid 70 percent of the monthly money), once the office was sold to Volgatelecom, during that year it turned into Rostelecom, as a result - only the last entry in the labor almost reached the age of two. And they seem to listen and nod their manes and, as a result, FIG))

Maybe this is not the job for you?
I myself was enough in the offices for half a year. I can't work on a schedule. Patience is not enough.
In the end, he gave up on this.

Explain as it is in essence (not enough money / inappropriate technologies / inappropriate team / owl manager).
No need to invent legends, it will still pop up and you may have to explain to the next personnel officer why there were n + 1 jobs.

Maybe it's in psychology, and not in the history of work as such.
Any person can intuitively feel and distinguish the norm from its deviation in plus or minus, and when the HR feels the deviation in the minus, he can begin to look for confirmation of his guesses. When they see the norm, then the questions are asked more for reference and the answers may not affect anything at all.
By the norm, I mean the very state of a person, and not a sheet of his skills.
Probably a series of such failures has left its mark and it is felt by them.
Alternatively, you can try to be a junior at all and not declare your work earlier and not make the same mistakes that you did before.
Tiredness from working late can be due to various reasons.
Either you are poorly organized, or you have little experience and you need more time to complete tasks. In the latter case, this has nothing to do with work at all, since this is just a process of self-education and you need it. I do not mean cases when small deadlines are set in advance, which are unrealistic to meet.
