How to find your almost first job: Unity Junior?

I am a PhD student working on my dissertation in Unity. I have accumulated almost 2 years of experience, but programming is not enough for me. The feeling that I'm not growing here as a programmer (and as a graduate student and mathematician - very much so).
I'm interested in the advice of experienced people: how and where to find a remote job as a part-time junior with a literally symbolic fee of 7-10k? :)
Ps: Also interested in OpenSource projects :)

Well, 7-10k is no longer a symbolic fee, especially for a part-time job. Probably, I would look more at the internship, and only then - perhaps as a junior. You most likely won't learn anything remotely. And about “not growing up” - well, you became a hostage of the Peak of Stupidity. More precisely, you just started your way to the top to collapse...
