How do you draw like that, what kind of technique, approach?

Greetings
Since time immemorial, I have come across such approaches to drawing:

And I have never entered into how they think of it, like: "Let's make three or more circles and everything will be drawn by itself ...". What kind of approach is this? I searched the net for topics about drawing circles, but there is very little information and all of it is mainly about how to teach children. I noticed two approaches:
1) On the background you can see some clear scheme of circles and their intersections form certain figures (example above).
2) They just draw in circles (many have probably seen the drawing of the tweeter logo), there is complete chaos with these circles.

In general, these are still aliens in ancient Egypt

came up with:

Well, in general, it googles, a lot of things people have written on the topic:

And in general, he did it himself when he wrote programs on a laser machine with his hands, each bend had to be adjusted in circles so that the laser would make fewer movements, but it was done simply, you take the circle tool and apply it as evenly as possible to the image. It's almost the same here

I heard about golden ratio design. See if it helps.
