How to submit an adaptive design to a coder?

Hey!
I have a sequence of screens: ∞-1200px - 768px - 320px. Do I need to make a minimum page width layout before moving to a new screen size?
If yes, then it turns out that you need to do two layouts (max-width and min-width)?. Therefore, I make layouts like this:
1200px

  • 1200px (max-width), first layout - 769px (min-width), second layout

768px
  • 768px (max-width), first layout - 321px (min-width), second layout

If you don't need to make two layouts, then how does the layout designer know the width of the indents and blocks before switching to a new screen size?

What are you totally up to. Or poorly formulated question.
If there are three adaptive resolutions, then you submit them:
1) the first layout - 1200+
2) the second layout (specially duplicated with words) - 768+
3) the third layout (well, you understand) - 320+
Option number 1: he will think it out himself
Option number 2: you will hand over layouts, from which everything will be clear)
PS: Most likely, you need to learn the materiel. Thoughtfully smoke articles, since there are a lot of them. Download free templates that include several adaptive variants of the same site, they are also in bulk - it's better to see once.
