They stole the design of the site and did not change the phone in it, what should I do?

They completely stole the design from my site, changed the content, but forgot to change the phone and gave, apparently, advertising. Now they call us and ask for their product. What to do, where to go?
UPD: I think it's right to write to the hoster on the advice of TsarS. Only to write not about the fact that my design was stolen from me. And that they violated the design copyright and posted false information about us on their website, misleading the consumer. Our organization (whose name they have not changed) does not sell such a product. What is a violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Give the wording and title of the law.
Here are their hosting rules.
HOSTING RULES IT IS
STRICTLY FORBIDDEN:
.....
IT IS FORBIDDEN:
The use and distribution of materials that violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the country in which the server with the account is located (Russian Federation, Germany, Luxembourg), as well as property and personal non-property rights of third parties (including "cracks" and "warez").

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The Contractor is not responsible for the activities of the server owners, including is not responsible for the lack of access to the Subscriber's account.

By the way, the domain is registered to the host. The IP hoster on his website has all the information about the TIN and ORGIP.
Whois provides information about domain registration in Germany. But I don't know the physical location of the account.

Start selling the same product as theirs. This is such an opportunity!

Steal the design from them, change the phone and upload it back)
But in general, if they stole from your site, then your product is the same? Enjoy. Well,
1) Call them and say "well, if the design was stolen, then at least change the phone"
2) Contact the hosting of their site. Write down the whole problem

It was similar. It's a shame, but most likely, you won't do much.
We wrote that since the design and the info were stolen - at least don’t steal our phone. The response was "Thank you!".
What else? Take to court? I don’t know if it’s worth the time and nerves, will you earn what?
