How do you designate latin letters?

When communicating with a user, it is often necessary to dictate an address or a command to him, and then the difficulties begin. For example, jacktheripper (well, simply). This is where the horror begins. "jay", "ji", "iot", but we do not give up, "like an umbrella stick", "a" is clear, "tse", "si", "like a Russian s"... And so on
. Is there some kind of table in nature (maybe invented in your office) so as not to break your psyche while you explain something?
For example, radio operators usually call letters by the names "A" - Anna, "B" - Boris, C - Vladimir etc. Is there the same for Latin
?

The problem is only with individual letters.
Not everyone learned English as a child.
The problem is only with
J, V
G - I always say it as G, IMHO it's more understandable than Ji, Jay - they are confused.
V - in as a tick
J - by analogy with i and i say - and short, yot

Checksum - Russian letters on the same keyboard keys.
Sometimes:
j - "jay, like a hook",
i - "ai with a dot",
c - "tse, ordinary Russian s",
g - "ge",
v - "v, jackdaw"
r - "p, like" i ", but vice versa"
q - "ku, O with a stroke at the bottom"
s - "es, snake"
w - "um, upside down"
x - "like a Russian x"
u - "yu, like a magnet or a Russian small and"
p - "p, like a Russian r"
y - "wow, Russian y"
z - "zet, like a deuce"

The easiest way, which is suitable even for pensioners and clinical idiots, is to dictate as it will be written in Russian letters under the note on a piece of paper, and then type from a piece of paper in the English register. For example shzsshtashp (ipconfig).
