Why doesn't any office program print to the printer?

Faced such a problem that not a single office program (Word, Excel, Adobe Reader) prints to any printer. There is some kind of glitch in Word, you open the print, writes - connecting to the printer, although the state of the printer is ready. Tried to print to pdf - everything freezes. The printer does test printing and printing from notepad, and if I connect via RDP to another computer, my printer also prints normally.

System - Windows 8.1 with x64 updates
Printer model - MFP HP DeskJet 3630
What was done: Checked for viruses, turned off the firewall, uninstalled the antivirus, did sfc /scannow, deleted the drivers and reinstalled them from the site, updated the firmware on the printer - nothing helps . I cleaned the spool folder and rebooted the print manager too, but it's not about the printer, but about the system.
I even tried installing LibreOffice and it freezes too.

I have such a suspicion that when printing from these programs, something is blocking the connection to printers.

Of course, there is a hard option, this is to demolish Windows 8.1 and install Windows 10, but there is too much to backup, I would like to somehow solve it peacefully.
Is there any utility that can be used to see what is blocking the connection to the printer?
