Why does Kyocera 4300DN print slowly from 1s 8.2?

There are several Kyocera 4300DN printers. Everyone has their own IP. When printing from a terminal server, from 1s 8.2, about 100 docks are printed at once, but as the queue fills up, everything stops and prints 2 documents in 10 seconds. The problem is for all users.
Server resources are not loaded. The server is connected to a long switch, from which a gigabit cable to another switch is thrown across the street, users sit there and printers are in the same room. Everything is pinged.
- changed drivers for HP Universal pcl5/pcl6
- changed print settings directly to printer/c queue
Googled - found something about clearing 1c cache, disabling virtual disk and adding memory to printers. More ideas?
