How do spam bots and JS interact?

Hello!

I have a feedback form on the site (Bitrix)
I myself sawed the form on jquery. JS is generated on the fly, so
spam bots should not break through, I don’t even have a form tag there.
But spam still goes.
Can this be? Can spam break through JS?

the normal clicker works, it doesn't necessarily spam post \ get requests for your form data acceptors
