How do search engines and analytics systems perceive the SEO filter?

Hello everyone,
for the last few days I have been interested in SEO filters for the catalog (they change the content of the catalog, title, page address, meta data without refreshing the page).
I learned 2 ways to implement such a filter, checked it, but in none of the cases did the metric see a page with changed content, title and url.
Here the question arises, when I was looking for information on this filter, I found plugins for sale for cms, in one of which the description said that when using this filter, transitions are taken into account.
I wanted to know, for sure, someone has already come across, or implemented similar projects, should the metric take into account the transitions through the SEO filter (which occur without refreshing the page), and is it possible to implement this at all?

Why don't you need to refresh the page?
There are plugins that help create filtering conditions and create additional pages for them, on which you can change the text, headings and meta tags.
The advantage is that these are separate pages and they will be included in the sitemap and indexed separately. Accordingly, they can attract additional. traffic.
Here is an example of how the url of such a page will look after application:
/doma/filter/count_rooms-is-2-rooms/price-is-4000000/apply
/ case example:
"Buy a two-room apartment at a price of up to 4,000,000 rubles"
